How much does a house or flat removal cost?
Every move is priced individually based on the size of your home, the distance, access at both ends and any packing or storage you need. You get one fixed quote after a free survey, and the price we agree is the price you pay.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to three weeks ahead is ideal, especially for Fridays and end-of-month dates. That said, we’re a small, flexible team and can often help at short notice, so it’s always worth a call.
Do you provide packing materials and packing help?
Yes. We can supply boxes and protective materials, or take care of the packing for you, from a few fragile pieces to a full white-glove service with furniture disassembly and reassembly.
Are my belongings insured during the move?
Yes. Every move and every van is covered by goods-in-transit insurance, so your belongings are protected from the moment we start loading to the moment everything is set down.
What happens if my completion date moves?
Dates shift, and we plan for it. Let us know as soon as you hear and we’ll rework the schedule around you. If there’s a gap between homes, we can hold your belongings in secure storage.
Can you manage flats, stairs and tricky access?
All the time. Stair-heavy flats and awkward access are part of everyday work for our crews. We check access, parking and any restrictions before the day so there are no surprises.
Do you offer storage if my new home isn't ready?
Yes. We offer secure, flexible storage for a few days, weeks or the long term, and we can collect, store and redeliver your belongings whenever you’re ready.
