Can’t find your answer?
Can you store my things between moves?
Yes, this is what our storage is used for most. If your completion dates don’t line up or your new home isn’t ready, we can collect your belongings, hold them safely and deliver them when you get the keys. A few days or a few months, whatever the gap needs.
How much does storage cost?
It depends on how much you are storing, how long you need and whether you’d like us to collect. Tell us what you have and we’ll give you one clear, fixed quote after a free survey, in person or by WhatsApp or video. The price we agree is the price you pay.
Where will my belongings be stored?
At the secure storage facility of our trusted storage partner, Steve Frieze Removals. Your belongings are wrapped and protected by our own crew before they travel, and we handle the collection, storage and return ourselves, so you deal with one team from start to finish.
Do you collect, or do I bring my things to you?
We’d rather do the heavy lifting for you. Our crew can wrap, load and transport everything into storage, then deliver it all back when you’re ready. If you’d prefer to arrange your own transport, just ask and we’ll talk through the options when we quote.
Can my business use your storage?
Yes. We store stock, equipment, documents and office furniture for businesses across London. It’s especially useful during an office move, a refit or when you simply need more space than your premises allow. We can collect out of hours to keep disruption to a minimum.
Are my belongings insured while in storage?
Every collection and redelivery is covered by our goods-in-transit insurance, so your belongings are protected whenever our crew is handling them. When we prepare your quote we’ll also talk you through how cover works while your items are in storage, so you know exactly where you stand.
How long can I keep things in storage?
As long as you need. Some customers store for a few days between completion dates, others keep things with us for months while they renovate, travel or wait for the right home. Tell us roughly how long you expect and we’ll build it into your quote. If plans change, we’ll adjust.
